- Rabbit Air Japan accepts returns and exchanges at any time within 90 days from the date of shipment of the product.
● For returns or exchanges due to damage during delivery, incorrect product, defective product, etc., after contacting us, we will promptly replace or send a new product at our expense.
● If the product is returned for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The air purifier and accessories must be in like-new condition, and accessories (remote controls, manuals, etc.) must be wrapped in plastic and included in the package. Upon inspection and confirmation that the above conditions are met, a full refund or replacement will be processed. Please note that a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. Please note that once the replacement filter is opened, it cannot be returned.
