aafa® certification is an independent program run by AAFA (Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America) and ASL (Allergy Standards Limited), an international research institute, that scientifically identifies products suitable for people with asthma and allergies. Made to be identified by testing.
Only products that pass rigorous testing can bear the certification mark, and certified air purifiers meet the following criteria:
